  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders are shipped in 24-72 hours (some even faster) , During our busy season it  could take longer . Ground Shipment: This is the most economical and efficient method for you. Depending on where you live, this can take up to ten days before receipt of delivery.

     

    Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select Shipments :

    Do you need your order extra fast? Express shipping is available*. The simplest way to see your choices is to put your items into our web site's shopping cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. The available services and their costs are all displayed for you.

    * No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

     

    For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands customers, UPS air or international rates apply. Parcel Post or Priority Mail options may be more economical. As mentioned above for express shipping needs, the web site's "Calculate Shipping" option also works well for your area. Add the products you'd like to your shopping cart and the shipping calculator will give you exact rates for your location. If you prefer, our Order Desk can assist you in determining your best shipping option.

     

    Breakage or Damage :

    Please report any breakage or damage to the carrier. Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting the carrier. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep all packaging. UPS may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect the original package.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. THE GAME SMOKER is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • New Jersey residents must pay applicable sales tax.


  • Warranties

  • Products are warranted by the manufacturer. Call the nearest service center if you have any questions on merchandise care. Neither The Game Smoker nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse or alteration of merchandise.

    If you call or write about defective merchandise, we must have the invoice number of the item.

     We guarantee all items in this catalog to be correctly described and suitable for the purpose mentioned and free of defects, but our sole liability is to accept the return of defective merchandise and refund the purchase price for a period of one year from date of purchase. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from the use of the merchandise or for consequential damages. Due to the continuing efforts to improve our products, we reserve the right to make changes and also to discontinue models. The Game Smoker shall not be held responsible for providing items required by specific local codes and/or regulations, if these are not indicated at time of order.



  • Return Policy

  • With prior approval and a return authorization number, we accept returned merchandise. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you have 15 days to return items from the date you receive them. Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged & in resaleable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. We will not accept returns for Spices, Seasonings, Cures or Collagen or Natural Casings. We are NOT liable for any duties or tariffs on international returns.

  • Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However back orders do occur. These items will be shipped as we receive them. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause a delay of up to 10 business days. There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.

    Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout & printing errors. Quantities of some products may be limited, so don't delay.
