THIS IS A BASIC CURE THAT IS USED TO CURE ALL MEATS THAT REQUIRE COOKING, SMOKING AND CANNING. THIS WOULD INCLUDE POULTRY, FISH, HAMS, BACON,LUNCHEON MEATS, CORNED BEEF, PATES, AND MANY OTHER PRODUCTS TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION.
